The Kollective Co. is built on the belief that in order for change to be sustainable, it has to incorporate the "Big 3:" mind, body and spirit. We believe that dis-ease and disease are a result of neglect in one or more of these areas. The Kollective provides customizable support, programming and resources in all of the Big 3 areas so that sustainable total life transformation can occur.
Our preferred modalities for addressing the "Big 3" include: life coaching, yoga, network spinal chiropractic, nutrition and fitness. The three partners of The Kollective Co. are well vetted practitioners of those modalities and understand the compounded, sustainable benefits of incorporating all of those facets into our life changing programs.
Our Virtual Delivery
With the Big 3 serving as our foundation, classes and services at The Kollective Co. are built on a three point focus: quality, accessibility & inclusivity. All of our team members met through self-care classes and have so much gratitude for our connection with each other and this community. We are so excited to be opening up this group to provide a safe space for anyone who wants to become a part of our Kollective family.

Each week we will feature a different topic/discussion piece with suggested self-care tools to solidify the growth process and area of focus & will wrap up with a guided meditation.
Yoga & Meditation, Sunday's 6:30 p.m.
Give yourself a weekly retreat and indulge in yoga & meditation! Classes are fundamentally based (perfect for beginners and experienced yogi’s) with emphasis on form and alignment with a restorative vibe. You will leave feeling aligned, restored and grounded.
